Last updated: June 24, 2025

Welcome to Pythagora. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pythagora’s website, platform, and associated services. By accessing or using Pythagora, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Overview

Pythagora, Inc. (“Pythagora”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an all-in-one AI development platform that enables users to go from idea to production-ready apps using natural language. This agreement outlines your rights and responsibilities when using our platform at www.pythagora.ai.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last Updated” date accordingly. Continued use of Pythagora after changes go live means you accept those changes.

2. Use of Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Pythagora’s services.

You may not:

  • Use our service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform

You retain ownership of any app or code you build using Pythagora, but you grant us permission to host and serve your projects as part of the service.

3. Account & Access

You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect abuse, security risk, or terms violations.

4. Paid Services

Some parts of Pythagora require a paid subscription. All billing is handled via Stripe. Plans may include limits on usage or features.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Pay all fees associated with your account
  • Understand that fees are non-refundable unless required by law

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancelling will prevent renewal but won’t refund charges already incurred.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, visuals, UI, and infrastructure remain the intellectual property of Pythagora. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our assets unless explicitly permitted.

You own your generated app code and are free to export and deploy it elsewhere. Pythagora imposes no vendor lock-in.

6. Security & Privacy

Pythagora prioritizes transparency and privacy. All projects are private by default and access-controlled. We do not train AI models on your code. You can export your project at any time.

Our detailed Privacy Policy governs how we collect, store, and use your information.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Pythagora to:

  • Create or distribute malware or harmful code
  • Violate intellectual property laws
  • Harass or harm others
  • Break security on our systems or services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these standards.

8. Third-Party Services

Pythagora may link to or integrate third-party APIs or services (like AWS for hosting or GitHub for repos). We’re not responsible for third-party content or services. Use them at your own discretion and in accordance with their terms.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

Pythagora is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free output. You assume full responsibility for your use of the platform.

To the extent permitted by law, Pythagora is not liable for:

  • Lost profits or business opportunities
  • Data loss or service interruptions
  • Any damages exceeding the fees you paid in the last 12 months

10. Legal

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes will be handled in courts located in San Francisco County, California.
